The property comprises 3 land plots located along via Favre, right next to Chiasso railway station and well connected to the city centre. The plots are included in the RSe3 zone (art. 39 Piano Regolatore), with a 0.7 utilisation factor. Wood areas, not counting with an utilisation factor, have been confirmed by Ufficio Tecnico.
