Themed „Trend Radar“, the most attractive real estate investment ideas in Switzerland were sought at the NZZ Real Estate Days.     For the realization of the transfer of the fund to the Canton it will be necessary to proceed with the signing of a preliminary agreement and a subsequent public deed to establish a purchase right with a promise to purchase the fund, subject to ratification by the Grand Council.
